We are just in the process of packaging our latest beer. It’s a 5.8% fruity, juicy, NEIPA (New England IPA), which will be mainly for keg (with the exception of 3 or 4 casks. We have used our Weller Weal recipe and enhanced it – doubled the hops, more malt (including oatmalt) and used a different yeast. We hope you enjoy.
