We’re very very proud. At this years SIBA Midlands competition 2 days ago, we won a gold for our cask Milk Stout and a bronze for our bottle conditioned Weller Weal. This means that for the fourth year running, we’ve won SIBA awards. Thanks everyone for your continued support.

is currently on the bar at Wellers. It’s a massive hit and is going down extremely well. It’s a beautiful deep red colour and has lots of taste to it.

HELP! We’ve brewed a strong beer for Christmas, but we are struggling to come up with a name for it. It’s a 6.3% red IPA made with Irish red malt and Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook hops. Any ideas? A couple bottles of Weal Ales beer of your choice is free to the person who we choose the beer name from.

We’re getting closer to opening now. We’re painting at every opportunity, the workmen are working hard and we’re getting stock ordered. The signs went up this week of which we’re very proud and a massive thank you to Phil and the lads at PM Training for making and installing them for us, what an amazing job they’ve done.
