Sorry we haven’t updated our website recently, our pub has taken a lot of our time. If you’ve not been to see us at Wellers yet, you’re missing out. We’ve had amazing feedback and we’ve now been open for nearly 4 months! Come and see us and say hello.

is currently on the bar at Wellers. It’s a massive hit and is going down extremely well. It’s a beautiful deep red colour and has lots of taste to it.

HELP! We’ve brewed a strong beer for Christmas, but we are struggling to come up with a name for it. It’s a 6.3% red IPA made with Irish red malt and Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook hops. Any ideas? A couple bottles of Weal Ales beer of your choice is free to the person who we choose the beer name from.

We’re getting closer to opening now. We’re painting at every opportunity, the workmen are working hard and we’re getting stock ordered. The signs went up this week of which we’re very proud and a massive thank you to Phil and the lads at PM Training for making and installing them for us, what an amazing job they’ve done.

Work is coming along well at Wellers, and we’re hopeful that we will be open in October. We’ll let you know a date as soon as we set one. Look forward to seeing you in there.

Our first new pub is going to be called Wellers and work is coming along well. The inside has been gutted and the rebuild is starting this week along with the cellar build at the back. All of the old signs have been taken down from the front of the building, and a first coat of paint has been added. We are hoping to open some time in October, and we’ll let you know when we have a fixed date.
