Our Ingredients

We use a mixture of both Muntons and Bairds malt.

Our hops are supplied from a hop company in England but are sourced from around the world.

Our water is supplied by Severn Trent Water and is currently untreated in all our beers.

The yeast we currently use is called Safale-S04 and is used in all of our beers too, but we will be experimenting with different yeast types over the coming year.
